# Zavrashtane.to

> An interactive digital wall for young, educated Bulgarians who have returned — or are planning to return — to live and build in Bulgaria.

## What it is

Zavrashtane.to ("the return" in Bulgarian) is a social proof project. It visualises a movement: 10,000 slots on a zoomable canvas, each claimed by a real person who chose to come back. Identity is verified via LinkedIn. There are no job listings, no ads, no fees.

## Why it exists

Everyone talks about brain drain in Bulgaria — but nobody shows the faces
of the people who came back. The return is real, it is happening, and it
deserves to be visible. Zavrashtane.to exists to make it undeniable: not
a statistic, not an op-ed, but a wall of real people who chose to stay.
